Max Life Insurance wanted to generate leads for insurance agent advisors and also wanted to enhance the candidate experience. In the competitive market scenario, Max Life wanted to enhance the number of leads and then to track real time interests shown by candidates.


VSPAGY suggested the client that personalised, interactive videos need to be shared with the insurance agent advisors via SMS, sharing all the generic details of their brand. Moreover, an option was given for the advisors to apply from within.

To make a one-to-one customer connect, every individual insurance agent advisor was targeted in the personalised SMSs.

As soon as an agent applied, a second video detailing the job description and the advantage that the brand brings for him/her was shared.

Personal Video nets positive results

The insurer targeted around 80,000 insurance agent advisors through an SMS campaign.

Around 7% of the targeted agents clicked on the respective SMSs, and around 61% of those agents applied.

With a campaign success rate of 30%, Max Life ensured a better accountability by touching people’s lives across the country.
